Shipping Policy

Depending on the origin of the order, delivery will be made from Spain for Europe, from Morocco for destinations in Africa, from the USA for the American continent, deliveries to Asia are mainly made by FEDEX air freight. Orders are shipped via our shipping method (depending on location and weight of the packaging) Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped within 2 days of your order being processed.

We try to ship most items within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. Most orders are in transit for two days, but some may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before making the purchase.

In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date initially set, the customer must report this by (e-mail or telephone call) in order to allow La maison du potier to conduct an investigation with La Poste or its logistics partners. An investigation can last up to 21 working days. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the customer's home or the recipient designated in the order form. On the other hand, if the ordered product is not found at the end of this 21-day investigation period, La maison du potier will proceed at its own expense to a new shipment of the customer's order, or to a full refund of the order. La maison du potier cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal service strikes or other unforeseen circumstances provided for by the legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.
