Directions for use:

1. Soak the base and lid of the tagine in cold water for 12 hours before first use.
2. Let air dry.
3. Rub the inside of the lid and the terracotta base with olive oil.
4. Preheat your oven to 170°C and let the tagine cook empty for 3 hours.
5. Let it cool before using.
